Thad is a native Jacksonian and has decades of customer service to his credit prior to entering the real estate business. He enjoys helping clients find just the right home for their needs in the central Mississippi area. He has been associated with Charlotte Smith Real Estate since 2016, and became broker/owner in 2018. He stays informed about properties on the market, and is in touch with clients as soon as a new property that fits their needs becomes available. Thad is very accessible to his clients, Charlotte Smith agents and other realtors. He and his wife Louann have lived in Madison since 1985, and they enjoy sports, biking, and the outdoors.
